Wim hof, the Ice man. He has claimed 26 world records, He climbed the full mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, in only 2 days. He also was fully covered in ice cubes for more than 112 minutes.. without his core temperature changing. In 1999 he swam under 50+ meters of ice. The iceman also ran a marathon in the desert without drinking his water, any water.

there was a year i did his method everyday and it healed so much i stopped doing it a few years ago and recently it’s found it’s way back in my life as i have some chronic stuff going on ranging from depression, body pain, gut, and more ..
so glad this video crossed my feed it reminded me i’ve healed my body before and i can do it again
Wow just saw this and Wim Hof is such an inspiration to me now, I have so many goals set for life (get black belt, join Air Force, travel the world, etc) and mindsets like his are so motivating and refreshing to see. He’s a reminder to get comfortable with doing the uncomfortable. Just the other day was up outside in Philadelphia weather from 5 am to 12 pm. Such an awesome video!!

I can vouch for the feel good factor..After freezing your ass off😰
I started taking cold showers and doing breathing exercises and the results are amazing. I feel much more energetic, but calm at the same time. I can motivate myself more to go and study instead of being distracted all the time and I feel more relaxed with like everything I do. As Wim said many times, I have myself much more in control than before. As a regular guy, me too advises you to do this as well.
EDIT: I have been working out for quite some time now. When I wrote this comment, I wasn’t very strong yet, but I can now muscle up (kipping) and I am getting small back lever holds. For working out, this definitely helps even more.
I’ve done the same thing. I play basketball and I could run maybe 3 times back and down the court before getting completely winded/gassed. After I took cold showers while doing slow breathing for about 2 years I can run up and down the court like an animal.
Ive been taking cold showers but just started the breathing methods it helped me with my run today and I didn't get out of breath but still had trouble it's 100 degrees out and I'm doing 4 Miles (I live in Florida)
