My yogic journey starts 6 months back with my guru NIKKI MAM.I was relatively new to yoga but through her assistance, professionalism and advance poses and alignments in yoga my life takes a U turn.Twoyears back i have undergone my surgeries and taking many medicines and my body becomes unfit but now due to Nikki mam hard efforts and experience i became fit, energetic , flexible and most importantly carrying positive attitude towards life.I am so lucky that by the god grace i got the best yoga guru in my life.Now yoga is the part of my life.I really want to give heartful and big thanks my guru Nikki mam for giving her energy's and valuable time for changing my life by 360 degree 🙏🙏
I was a routine full time house wife with blessed two kids after my professional journey of HR head , when I met Nikki Di and started new chapter of yoga journey with Nikki di was incredible. I was new to it ,but through her guidance, assistance and advice my life takes u turn. I feel energetic ,fit and positive.I really want to give huge thx to MY GURU NIKKI DI for changing my life.
Doing Yoga with Nikki Ma'am has been more of spiritual journey. The connection becomes instant with yoga when you have guru like Nikki Ma'am. She's one of the fantastic , disciplined and the dedicated one I have ever met. The focus is posture wise. Every aspect of yoga including all asanas , jal neti and meditation is covered. I too personally have improved in postures a lot.
Yoga starts with Nikky goel and Nikky goel starts with Yoga. My First ever teacher in every field, She is the one who has holded my hand at my worst, a true teafher indeed, She can only motivate you no matter who you are what you are.
