the most of dishes in your video are not traditional, exept 0:25 and 0:30. Rest are internationall food and fancy modern food.
If u want restaurant where is serbian dishes dominant, it is almost every second restaurant or kafana(serbian pub or tavern, where u can order drinks and cofee first of all, but very common and food) in Belgrade. SARMA, KARADJORDJEVA SHNITZLA(0:30), PLJESKAVICA(0:25), PAPRIKAŠ, GIBANICA, AJVAR and KAJMAK(adds to dishes, second is sort of cheese, first is something like a some sos), PIHTIJE, PUNJENE PAPRIKE... Belgrade is full of international resturants.
CHINESE(i do not know number, lot lot of ...),
greek(GYROS is second and third the most popular fast food in Serbia after SERBIAN PLJESKAVICA(ABS FIRST) and together with italian pizza, before mexican tortilla and american nugets). italian,
lebanese(lebanese people are old residents of Belgrade, lebanese couisine is also popular in Belgrade, not as serbian greek or mexican but popular)
mexican(very very popular in latest times),
turkish(Turks are famous as owners of sweet stores in Serbia. Turkish sweets, by me, the best),
russian(we have more and more russian restaurants in latest times),
      georgian,
      uzbek,
israelian and palestinean(couple restaurants with jewish owners),
indian(i know for 3 indian restaurants, we have it probably more then 3),...
Greatings from small mountian vilage in central Serbia, 200km southern of Belgrade.

The orange one is Ajvar from bell peppers and the white spread is kajmak. All of 'em are tasty and delicious hehehe. Overall the food looks very good I'm hungry now hahaha. Keep up the good work. Cevapi and pljeskavica are yummi.

My favorite Serbian food is EVERYTHING, except 'Pihtije'! All those 'Mineral Waters' are actually naturally carbonated and bottled at the sources. Anyways, Serbia is 'foodies' paradise'!

Glad you are enjoying our Serbia and the fine food we have! ^^ Yeah here everything is ''полако'' (polako) , so taking time to do anything is significant. And that ''polako'' is even more notable in Vojvodina (northern region of Serbia) x) As for local food that I really like and recommend: кремпита (krempita or cream pia in a literal translation, but it's more than to ''cream'' ''pie'', it's sweet and saucy and crunchy), паприкаш (paprikash is a speciality especially in Voivodina that has roots in Hungary/Austria, we even have festivals for best paprikash being made outdoors and visitors can taste before the judges decide winner. It's a kinda broth-soup made of paprika and can be in various forms: out of fish, pork, beef, chicken, etc), лежбака (ležbaka is recent sweet crunchy food, especially favoured in Bačka, it's kinda pastry, made out of eggs, flour, sugar and milk. Perfect for breakfast, the dough is similar to when you make pancakes but slightly different. You need to have ''bubbles'' coming out of the dough while it's baking). Lastly, my favourite sweet thing is also: гомбоце (gomboce is my favorite sweet dish esp in the autumn season, and it originates from Hungary. It's a kinda plum dumplings covered with fried semolina along with sugar). As for the place where you can relax without fear of someone smoking, there's also nearby Hram Svetog Save na Vračaru beautiful tea spot where you can enjoy various teas and healthy cakes, called ---> Small Tree - Your cup of Tea (smalltree.rs -> Svetog Save 12, Beograd). x) Enjoy your time, све најбоље!^^

Thank you for the video! Wanted to share a couple of my recommendations.
About the gas water, you should try "Knjaz Miloš", it's in every supermarket. It's the best water I've ever drunk, especially during the summer when you can drink a couple of litres of it in a day.
Also you mentioned Serbian Šopska salad. These are actually two variations of one salad, the Serbian salad is just vegetables and the Šopska one is same vegetables with cheese. I like the second one better, but if don't eat dairy you should ask for "Serbian salad".
My favourite pljeskavica is the "punjena" one, which is filled with goat cheese, though you might not like it if you're not into dairy.
If you're a sweet tooth, you should also try "gomboce". It's like a dumpling with a plum inside instead of meat. I don't know if they make those in Belgrade, but it's popular in Novi Sad (and in the whole Vojvodina region).

Ask for prazan (empty) burek. It's only pastry, no filling. Also, ask in pekara (bakery) if they have posan (fasting) burek. Some offer mushrooms filling. Orthodox Christians go pretty much vegan 3 months in a year in total. It's not on certain days of week only. There are fasts that last for weeks in length. Christmas fasting is 6 weeks long.
