@@ofwretirementjourney I can relate you already done the most important part buying the land. if i can have a do over with my farm I will do it differently maybe arrange all the materials (seedlings) and be there to instruct them then make sure they take care of the new seedlings until I go home again for the next project. I mostly sent money video calls for instructions and still it was done wrong. now I had to trim trees in between. plan it well don't rush so not to waste your hard earned money.
@ ill take note that. Currently im planting fruit trees for now. And someone is “taking care”. Ill slowly add from time to time. For now im preparing the water supply for summer.

@@CarlosAlberto-ii1li even if there is restrictions. There is a easy hole which just name portion of it to one of family member. And even create a document that you have a power of attorney on this piece of property and you can do anything on it even sell in future.
