    congratulations, i always dream of retiring soon, too tired to work abroad, i am still waiting for our plan in our farm also. I hope we can have the permits we are waiting for a year now

    Ilan kilometers ang ginagawang path or kalsada sa farm ninyo sir? Makano ang labor pay at rent sa buldozer?

      @@OganicaBean nasa 450 to 500 meter lang po. 2500 per day ang rate nila pero naka discount ako dahil relative ng previous owner.

      @@EternallyGod thank you for your kind comment. I still have a full time job at the moment but all the development is a preparation for my early retirement. During that time i must hands on with farm works. 🧑‍🌾
