Methi ni Puri is a delicious Indian flatbread made with plain wheat flour, fresh fenugreek leaves, and aromatic spices. These crispy puris are rolled out and deep-fried to perfection, making them a flavourful addition to any meal. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredient List:
250g Wheat Flour
30 g Semolina
50 g Fresh Fenugreek finely chopped
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
50-75 ml water
300 ml Sunflower Oil for Frying

This summer we were able to enjoy fresh methi puri as I had grown some in a pot. Love it with masala tea. Tastes good even when it is cold.

Methi ni Puri is so much similar to our puri making. You have used fresh methi, a very good way of making use of methi when in season. The puri look so dainty and beautiful puffed up to their fullest. Would just grab and devour them! Nice one👌
Yes, you are right . We love adding the fenugreek it adds a nice flavour . You can also add chopped spinach .
