This comes with the Matrix City Sample plus NPCs, also you can add custom static buildings and generate them the same way, also they do have different city packs, but if you want to say build a city like New York then already the Matrix assets fit quite well with that aesthetic.
Needs to have some kind of dynamic elevation and implementation that can guide roads and buildings along terrain dynamics. Right now it looks like the entire scene is flat as a pancake. Sure the highways have elevations and dynamism, but the main surface that everything else is on is completely flat.
The city is not totally flat, it is because the camera is moving too fast and is far from some areas. There are sections of the city with elevation and buildings and roads elevation are fully supported.

Documentation on how you produced the offset sidewalks and ramps at the 3:32 timestamp on this video would be great! I'm in the AEC industry and realize this tool is geared towards film and gaming industries but curious if it's feasible to add any of these wish list features: tapered turn lanes, customize intersection turn radius, assigning road centerline "radius" for splines, assigning precise road slopes, assigning road styles to imported shapefile splines, more detailed parking design tools/meshes such as adding internal and external parking lot islands based on UDO Requirements, parking deck tool, generate subdivision lots via offset from road spline and have procedural driveways connect to roads, custom site modeling tools that can connect with the streetscape sidewalks, and a tool to do model takeoffs for things like building-use SF and parking calcs would be amazing

What is real world performance like with a character and gameplay systems on top of these procedural cities? Do you have any examples you can show? The optimization button moved the FPS from 30 to 40 lol, that is still unusable. The only showcase video I see in your channel shows the a 3rd person character with a very laggy runtime. This seems like it's for cinematic purposes only..
@@iansmith3301 the performance depends solely on the assets you use with it. Don't confuse the assets to the tool. Without the tool doing a lot of background optimisation, you can't have this much number of actors in the scene (up to 11 millions actors)... So what you saw is the performance of the assets used with it. And you can optimize further using HLOD, level/data layers and World partition streaming system.
In the licenses, you mentioned 8 and 25 users/seats. Is that the size of the team or the max number of people I'm allowed to sell my content, given I have used your tool in the process?
I'm gonna assume it's the team size. So here is my actual question: If I am a solo developer with an indie license, am I allowed to make over 100k with no limit on people using my software that contains cities generated by your tool? In the website you say less than 100K OR less than 8 users, so that means fitting one of the criteria is enough?
@@user-rf4vc7mt4d Yes you can sell your game to unlimited people, but whenever you exceed 100k or more than 8 users you have to switch to a company license. User is defined in the terms of services!

Can we create city templates? Say for example i want to generate a new map 4000x4000 and have x cities with y zones and z shape? Then generate a map with seed?

Is it possible to add interiors for the buildings?
You can attach premade interiors to static buildings... For Procedurally generated buildings, you can only add interiors after generations.
