      Best between 10am and 2 pm. Dark skinned people like Indians should sit in the sun for one hour exposing their bare body to the sun. Men can can expose their bare upper body upto the waist to sun for best results. Vit D2 gets destroyed in the body very quickly so you should not take it into account for good health.

      He advices to expose to sun between 9.30/10 am to 1 pm during rainy/winter seasons for 1 hour approx. He further advised not to expose to sun during summer, and during that time just relax indoors.
