sir as per is 1200 norms 0.4 m^2 se kam opening ho to shuttering may deduction nahi hoga na ..par hamne yaha RB5 may kiya hai
Ye kisi specific opening/cutouts ke liye hai or columns opening ke liye hai yha par ham us length ki shuttering ka measurement 1 bar de chuke hai rb1,2,3 me to us ko Esme jodenge to wo 2 bar ho jayega essiliye hamne deduct nhi kiya

Arey sir apne to IS 1200 part 5 padhi nhi sahi se...usme point no.6.6 padhiye..jisme likha hai no deduction shall be made from the formwork of the main beam where the secondary beam intersect it.

beam depth should detected from slab.. and than take shuttering measurement..
You should have taken 5.5m length ....instead of 4m length of side extra slab portion because 1.5m+ in front and 1.5m- deducted in back...so it will remain same 5.5m @10:00

You didn't consider the toughess part colum concrete. Can you make video for column qty of concrete how much height is generally considered. Upto top of slab or bottom of slab or bottom of beam. As per this explanation it is recommended that column height shall consider upto top of slab
As per IS1200 MODE OF MEASUREMENT FOR CONCRETE WORKS the height of column should be taken from top of slab to bottom of slab.

Sir you are not considering column size in concrete quantity and also your consideration is wrong because shuttering qty of inner beam side not deducted by secondary beam size LxB
