It's not about sanity, the joker is super sane not insane. It's more about finding your place in society. You can tell he carries a weight on his shoulders going up the stairs as he's explaining how he doesn't know how he fits in. Then when he talks about how he realizes the way the world works and his role in it, the weight is lifted symbolized by dancing down the stairs that used to represent the weight of the world he felt like he was carrying, at least that's how I see it.

The work and the acting in the trailer is amazing. His body language, all skinny an wrecked. How nice, weak and vulnerable he looks taking care of his mum and how scary and disturbed he is slowly becoming at the end while trying to overcome all this bad things happening. A man who cries, a man who puts on a smile day to day even though he knows the world is a shit hole, to the music choice, the teaser was simtamental, it was meant for people to understand but sadly there are more people who question. As a watcher who experianced mental illness, having those moments where life comes crashing down, yes, the teaser delivered showing that this isn't a story or movie of a guy becoming the joker, but a broken man slowly realizing who he truly is. As someone who experianced Depression, Mental Illness, it's breathtaking watching another take of what a hard reality teaches you.

They've actually captured the real essence of the Alan Moore books of the late 1980's. This feels not just like a take on The Killing Joke but also taps into the themes of Watchmen in a way that Snyders version of it really didn't.
This looks like the perfect back story to a devious bad guy character. The best bad guys are always the ones that use to be good then turned evil and you see the conviction of why they choose that path and the complexity of the character. Looks really good really excited wait to see it.

This movie’s gonna be like a hybrid of The Machinist, Taxi Driver, and The Killing Joke.
It looks like you are visibly close to tears at points. Exactly the reaction I had. I think this gives, by far, the most realistic reason behind why the Joker has a painted on smile, he himself cannot smile, so he paints one on instead. It's funny how the Joker of the 80's fell into toxic waste leading to his demise...yet in this case society does the trick!
That is please give his movie an oscar already........ Love Dc and Marvel.

This movie looks beautifully wicked! The 2 scenes that stand out are his walk up the concrete steps with him just looking defeated and broken. Then him later coming down the same steps reborn as The Joker! I can't wait to see this movie!

They've actually captured the real essence of the Alan Moore books of the late 1980's. This feels not just like a take on The Killing Joke but also taps into the themes of Watchmen in a way that Snyders version of it really didn't.
This looks like the perfect back story to a devious bad guy character. The best bad guys are always the ones that use to be good then turned evil and you see the conviction of why they choose that path and the complexity of the character. Looks really good really excited wait to see it.
My anticipation is at maximum level right now! I cannot wait!!!

It seems like at the beginning you’re the hero of the story and hard and more questionable things happen to you and you’re just left alone at the end becoming the villain all along. That’s the feeling this trailer gave me.

Whenever i open youtube app trailer always appears on top but i didn't watch it but then once i watch it it gave me goosebumps i am very much excited about this movie.
