1500 usa per month,that's the going rate here in my area for rent,some places even doing 2500 per month,but this place is in Jamaica in a prime location so it make sense

I stayed in 1 as an Airbnb in Jan this year. Very nice apartments! But made me not look forward to staying in the country side where I normally stay with family. hahahah.

It's nice but not 5 star. the kitchen is not complete with upper cabinets. closets are small and I don't like coming in through the kitchen. The best is the views and the price. I have to say though 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms very good price. 👍 1500 USd
