Is it me or everything looks a bit narrow. Doors seem very narrow, wouldn't be surprise homeowners will find it difficult to fit their fit furnitures via those doors😮

1. Apartment is too dark 2. Strange layout, the doors to the bedrooms seems to be random 3. Not keen on the cherry wood colour, looks dated 4. All walls should be painted White 5. Front door doesn’t seem to be substantial, I’d like a solid, strong front door it appears to be like the internal doors 6. The downstairs pool and gym are a waste of time, people barely use them and units would sell if they weren’t there 7. The real estate market in Jamaica just does not reflect the dollar well at all they’re basically asking 300K USD for a very weirdly executed floor plan. They don’t give you guys as realtors much to work with. I would work around that by making videos discussing floor plans you would like to see more on the market. I think that’s a great way to revolutionize the industry for yourself and fellow realtors without the financial commitment. At most learning how to operate the software you’d use to make those 3D mockups. I think the realtors perspective is very unique in that you know what your clients would want home wise. Hope u see this comment your delivery is always vibrant 🎉
The issue is so many persons want to own a home, once they can afford something they just buy it. All developments are being sold out no matter what it is or where it is built
Not worth it at all in a crime riddled country. This is basically the price of a Condo in some places in Canada. Purchase land and build and grow ur own foods.🗑

This apartment is not worth 45m. It is very small and dont even give a luxury feel. The laundry room dont have any built in cabinate and it only has a plastic sink like what is on the back of the NHT houses, No central air conditioner, the rooms are small, the gym is small. THis is giving a prison vibe.To be honest thats why the owner of the apartment is looking to sell. THe realtors know they are trying to sell crap but they are doing their job so I cant blame them.
