    Ingredients:
    1 Kg Ridge Gourd [Ghosale / Torai / Luffa]
    1 cup Onion
    ½ cup Grated Coconut
    1 small Green Chilli
    ½ tsp. Sugar
    2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
    Salt to Taste
    Serves: 3 -4
