One thing I'd like to see these driver education channels start doing is begin differentiating between understeer/oversteer and loose/push. They aren't the same thing. Loose/push is a limit behavior at or beyond the peak lateral force slip angle at one end of the car or the other (push means the front limits first, loose means the rears do).
Understeer/oversteer is fundamentally different. That's a response at lower slip angles at lower than peak lateral accelerations. It's possible for a car running in a steady state condition to be understeer (below the limit) and be loose (at or beyond the limit) at the same time. How? Relative front and rear cornering stiffness is a big part of it. And vice versa, it's possible to have oversteer and push at the same time. This is difficult to explain to people who have learned that everything can be summed up by one thing: Understeer/oversteer.

just like drifting. in a drift youre oversteering & understeering. The rear tyres are sliding sideways, but the fronts are sliding outwards without actually "turning" the car, just rolling along

driving skills some people dont understand braking into the corner and hitting the gas thru the corner is way faster.
the car corners better under power and you come into the strait under full speed
hitting it to fast you have to let off and thats generally where you loose it.

I have a doubt if we use too much of throttle in a corner then the backend of the car will slip n we will lose the cars rear to prevent that shd we use more throttle or lift off throttle?

    done.

How can you tell whether a car is understeering because of it's set up or because you're taking a bend too quickly?

+JDMRacingUK If you cant get the front to point into the corner, even if you try to get your rear to slide.
Depending on your car and setup there are a few techniques to make the car point deeper into a corner. With some cars it might be pushing the throttle, with others letting go of the throttle will do the trick. If you have to provoke it hard with ebraking or throttle-smashing, then you maybe do need more grip on the front.

Why would they keep the steer lock when it’s already understeering? More steering will just make it worse
