I love how “simple” and how in depth you go into all the details and what you are doing. A lot of “car” channels used to do this and just don’t anymore as they got bigger. You and Danger Dan are both doing great builds and using tools that an average joe could own and taking time to explain what’s going on!
I try my best to be as detailed as possible so you can follow along at home!
I came here to say the same thing! The nuanced details are most of the reason why I watch these fabrication and car channels. PLEASE keep sharing your tips, tricks, and methods with us!
@@ElevatedFabworks Keep up the great work! By far my favorite channel to watch!!
Grind hard brought me here and I’m not even disappointed. Dig your channel bro
Just wanted to let you know your video quality is great, the way you cut and edit work your doing is perfect, you don’t talk a lot as most tubers do, and lastly you’re just an entertaining fabricator that I feel will go along way on the scene. Keep pushing out videos man, I knew after watching you on grind hard channel you’d do great content. FYI, kinda sad you left grind hard, yall were great together, but I’m sure working for Ethan was hard nothing his perfectionist personality.
Dude thank you!
I wish things were different for sure but I’m so stoked to see MY personal dreams come to fruition!
Better this way i think. I can see this channel going somewhere. Going to take a lotta work but will be worthit
Love your videos, great quality and content -keep them coming! You guys seems like an great team 👌
Your enthusiasm is ridiculously infectious dude. I find myself smiling the whole time I'm watching your videos. The bumpers and sliders look sick! Can't wait to see this thing in action.
Thanks dude! That’s the goal 🤘🏼
Sick armor Bud!! I was super excited when you joined the Grindhard team, now I’m even more excited that you have your own channel!
Thanks for the support, I’m stoked on it too 🤘🏼
You and your wife are killing it with the videos dude. Very polished and well paced. Keep up the good work.
👊🏼👊🏼
Dude, great video. Get yourself a skill saw with a metal cutting blade and thank me later. I use the Hercules blade from hf. It works incredibly well and you'll use that plasma cutter way less!
CNC table inbound ASAP 😅
For such a new channel, the video quality and editing is top notch. Quickly becoming one of my favorite channels. 🤙🏼
Appreciate you man! Glad you’re digging it!
Enjoying your new channel.
Man, this is becoming my favorite channel. You remind me of my best friend who passed away, we used to spend morning to night in my shop building crawlers.
Working like a seasoned youtuber! Excellent editing, trimming the fat with good chill background music. Just in depth enough on the tech stuff. Well done, keep it up!
Also, clear coating all the tubing with a white top could look CHOIIIIICE
Dude. You're way too talented to be the grind hard whipping boy. So glad to see you branch out on your own. Wishing you the best of luck moving forward.
Absolutely love that all of this was in one video, start to finish!!
Many others would drag this out over a series but you’re aiming straight for the personality watch instead of only the informative/how to watch. Which imo is the smart move. We already are here because we like your personality on top of your skillset.
Congrats brother👍🏼 keep it up
Crazy in about three episodes this build should be done
One more and she should be trail ready 👊🏼
Love what you're doing with these videos. With every one, it seems like you're becoming more comfortable, and the quality of the videos is increasing accordingly. Keep it up, man!
Appreciate that man! I’m having a blast!
Pad you are an animal, the vision you have that you make a reality is truly incredible! Excited to see what’s next! Maybe some lights?
Mechanicals and some lights FOR SURE!
No news to apologize about mig welding, I think a lot of us appreciate watching someone build an awesome truck using regular tools a guy in his garage would use, not everyone has a cad table or other high end shit, its super cool watching something nice get built with some harbor freight tools, keep it up!
Thanks man!
Amazing! Love to see the content come along, the 4Runner project makes me wish I could do the same someday. Can't wait for some merch, would love a hat or sweatshirt!
YO PADDY! Make the roof Purple!, it'll help with when it gets muddy! Cheers, always keen for your videos! Much love from Down Under!
Great work but I would recommend gussets from the sliders up to the frame, I have five 1.75 tubes from my sliders to the frame and the slider still deflected up and hit the pinch welds.
I actually am gusseting up from top to bottom of the frame as wlel
@@ElevatedFabworks good stuff, looking forward to seeing more builds
New favorite channel, no bullshit no gimmicks. Just a cool dude building out his rig. Keep it up!
Awesome!!! I needed more inspiration for my rig... rear bumper is done and about to start on the front with winch and i already took screenshots of your camper for inspiration lol...loving the channel❤🤘
Great work guys, this channel is pro from day 1!
I'm loving this channel.
I appreciate the details that you show along the way. And you show how things don't always go perfect. It's just part of the fabrication game.
I enjoy watching you work.
I love watching newer channels grow, but i hate when they get so big, they just change. It's hard to explain, but just keep doing what your doing.
I can do that 👊🏼
Yes! New episode, just finished watching the other ones today.
Never really watch grind hard, but you have a good personality and I'm liking the videos!
Looking forward to more.
Appreciate that man! Glad you’re digging the content, there’s plenty more to come.
I am loving the style of this channel. I hope I’m smart enough to retain some of this info and learn something haha
Hey Padrik, happy to see you with 40K+ subs...
i was the guy who said "your content feels natural and not corporate limited... yara yara"
And I still think that is the case... however, I hope the companies see the value your current content can deliver and jump on for support
like the winch... i would probably buy one of those just because of your recommendation alone
I enjoy your content, please keep it up and dont deviate from your style! you'll be sponsored and making huge gains in no time, as long as you keep being honest to your style and hones.
Excuse me for the long comment, but I cant state enough how much I like this content.
Happy and successful 2025 to anyone who reads this.
Dude, thank you 👊🏼 I am ultimately going to be running sponsored video ads soon, as I gotta keep the lights on.
@@ElevatedFabworks And I'll be happy to watch/participate with the merchant. If you believe on the company, it'll be fine!
Tape decal and adjust as necessary to nail placement first. Then, with tape still affixed, fold it up and remove the backing. Then fold down from middle and roll outwards out to minimize bubbles. Easy! 🙂👍
Really enjoyed this. Shows how much skill, thinking, and experience goes into fabrication. Many would simply film 2 minutes, boom here's a bumper! I prefer the authentic, show the process approach! As a viewer, it's also nice to feel like "I've learned" something in an informative and entertaining way. As a creator, I know you have to struggle with the balance of keeping the watch time / viewer attention vs. cutting too much of the "less flashy" stuff . This video was a good balance. Keep it up!!
Thank you dude 👊🏼
Every custom designed bumper my dad and I have ever done started as a winch plate. In fact, when I replace the bumper on my little Hyundai one day, I'll probably use a winch plate and weld to it. Hard to beat $50 of square 1/4" steel that you can build off. And more importantly, it holds a winch!
You are extremely clear with explaining what you’re doing. A pleasure to watch! The cooir of the top looks sick! I think the top should be painted black and white like camouflage awesome channel
Great video. Just subscribed. More tube bumper build videos would be awesome. Keep up the great content man..
Stoked for another upload
I like that it's really bright in your shop. It makes it easier to see the work happening. Keep posting content and I'll keep following along.
Appreciate it man! Having enough light is a game changer
You and your brother have some serious skills! Whoever showed you guys this amazing skill set
Should be very proud. Congratulations and much success
Being broke and wanting a dope truck is where we learned it all 🤣
@@ElevatedFabworksheard that!! A creative mind is a can do attitude! Ya just, find a way. Cheers
Loving the channel! Would love to see a complete walk around of the build talking about the suspension setup, motor setup & all that stuff🤙🏾
Body armor came out sick dude! I'm also learning alot about tube fab, your tips and tricks are wicked helpful.
My recommendation for the hardtop is paint the entire top white base coat, then drop some jagged purple stripes all over the thing, then outline the stripes in black. Against the teal, that'd give a helluva 80's beach bomber vibe to it.
Glad the algos pushed you into my feed. I have an '88 2 owner, on a lift installed at the dealer when new. Poor girl has been parked a good 13 years now... I gotta get on that! Looking forward to watching your projects man
Loving the content. I will never do this, but I like to feel that I am there helping you out.
Laying under those sliders and tig welding them takes so much practice. Much respect
Exactly why I was doing it, gotta get the practice in somewhere!
I've got some years' experience in fabricating and metal working along with many other skills in the trade. I am sure you and I would vibe and create some awesome content and creations. Keep it up man, your definitely going places! Your music is very cool!
Loving the channel, loving the builds. I'm in the process of replacing rotted out sills on my old P38 range rover with box section, so found this incredibly useful.
As stated already your enthusiasm is infectious, look forward to more, Thanks.
Great job on the video Padric! Thanks for making it. You remind me so much of a guy I worked with back in Colorado.
As soon as you said “what’s up you guys” I hit that like button, lol awesome videos as always.
You friggin killed it Pad !!! Great work I’ll be here for all the videos! Love from the Bay Area Cali !!
love your videos! Your designs, skill-level, attention to detail, and attitude are 100%. Now I want to buy a POS myself!
Send it! You'll be stoked you did
Loving these videos Padric! Learning a lot watching you fabricate. You make it look easy!
That Yota is coming out sick !! Excited to see you rip it around !
I was bummed to see you leave grind hard but I’m glad I still get to watch you build some dope stuff
Loving it. Learning something new every time I watch ya ^^
This is great stuff man. Loving your work. Can’t wait to see you take the beast off road.
Guys! This is exactly the content I love watching, really great project, looking super slick, really nicely shot and edited, good humour, great explanation, showing the good and the bad. Really really great, thanks! Also... the top on the truck would look great in gloss black.. or gold flake..
Love to see it homie! Keep up the quality content. Can’t wait to come down and see the refresh on the shop. It’s lookin gooood
Sad to see you leave GHP but at the same time you probably would never get the chance to kit out a rig like this. GHP loves small builds and very custom builds, but you excel in the offroad community. Great content, wish it was a couple more hours long, it went by too quickly😂
There’s about to be some seriously custom and technical builds - not much tiny stuff, but 100% custom wild builds. Time my friend! Gotta have some complete, reliable builds we can hop in and wheel!
This is great Sunday evening viewing, great personality and ease in talking through the process makes this channel a winner. Keep up the good work Padric.
Thanks man 🙏🏻
i love this channel so far it makes me really wanna get better at weldingsd
The rig keeps getting better and better! I have the same thing but 2nd gen. Need to do paint, trans rebuild, suspension upgrade, its already sas/chevy 63, after paint ill be doing bumpers like this.
Excellent Work ! And we got a giggle out da camera girl 😂☮️&❤
Awesome video my brother. No more shaking or fast panning in the camera perspective. Thank you. Very professional. I wish you a very successful future in TH-cam.
Thanks for the love, I appreciate it!
First truck I ever bought was an 85 Yota with a blown head gasket. Found out after I bought it that the frame was rusted out (joys of the Midwest) and now it’s been sitting now for 10+ years waiting for me to do something. Really digging the channel and all of your work on those old Yotas.
I’m glad you’re digging the content, man. I’ve got a few more projects in the works!
Becoming a new favorite channel of mine. From one Toyota fabricator to another, Great Job!! Wish I lived closer , would love to meet up. I have been building Yotas for 25 years. I like your style.. Simple is clean, and Simple just works best.
My 16 year old son and I just finished his 87 4Runner restoration. It is extremely clean! We are now working on his Solid axle swap And Dual Cases. Going with a TG +5 Housing with Taco hub/Brake swap. I love that my little dude is soooo into this hobby like we are.
Solid axles are the best! Love seeing the next generation getting into the game.
For the stickers, you can tape a side edge in place until you have the position you like, then you can pull the backing off while it's taped down still so as you pull the backing off you can lay the sticker down at the right angle
Man nice work on all that armor! makes that 4runner look even better!!
chrome wheels, polished bar work and white hard top!!!!!
would look wicked
Bloody Brilliant work Padric….. press onwards young fella!
Keep 'em coming! Loving the content!
Thanks, I’m stoked you’re digging it!
Keep up the great work man i love your vibe im glad you have more i can watch after GHP
Awesome job as always, dont forget to add winch hawse to protect your rope from cutting , btw this runner is beautiful👌😍
Love the music, love the build. These videos are great!
Purple tray cover would look sick on this build.
Loving the content, the channel, the video length. Great watching this on a Sunday morning while drinking my coffee. Thank you. And we'll done to you both. Two thumbs way way up. 👍 👍
Thanks, dude! Glad you’re digging it!
Padric! love the new videos! New rockers and bumper look sick!
commenting to help with the algorithm. you seem like a cool dude, so i want this youtube channel to work out for yall. cant wait to see what else you make.
Appreciate that! 🙏🏼
Bro! Tig welding is so addictive!! Haha. Great video!
Such a great channel. So much useful information, never boring, cool host!
Hell yea man! Big credit to you and the wife. I'm loving this channel. P. S. Get some merch out!
It’s on order! Don’t wanna sell what we don’t have on hand 👊🏼
SICK! Love the build and the install!
Awesome. Also the choice of music is perfect.
Looking pretty sick! I really like the bed liner paint job, and I'm thinking about doing it on my 86 toyota pickup that I'm working on
I had an 86 yota 1 ton just like that one! 22r and 4 speed. Thing was a beast. I loved that truck till I hit a deer and totaled it
Thats one bad ass rear bumper my friend
The real blue raptor liner looks great and very unique, love it. I know you just spray painted most of the freshly built armor black but that teal would look great with a secondary color of bronze including the wheels and the top would look great in cream. When you see these in red and they have the orange yellow white graphics, a similar graphic layout of dark brown bronze cream would look killer.
Liking it, camera, cuts, music, detail, ya!
love from Pakistan Saw you on the grind hard channel but hooked to elevated fabworks now. We sure do love our Toyotas in Pakistan
Thanks, glad you’re digging it!
Keep going dude! This channel is gonne be big!
Appreciate it!
Another awesome video! So glad you're keeping the momentum up even with all the huge changes in geography, shops, equipment, etc. Really really great channel coming together and the positive energy you bring to all your videos is contagious. Hoping bendpak gets some visibility on your channel and throws a couple lifts your way!
Also, week two of calling for the 90's soda Jazz cup paint scheme for the rig! White top with purple zig zag airbrush stripe!
I'm still considering some sort of wild paint scheme - maybe purple!
The rig is looking so good already! Can't wait to see how it comes out when it's all "finished", or as least as finished as any truck can ever really be.
A retro paint job with bright colours would be sick on this thing
Great work for a great rig. I think you need more gussets on the front leaf hangers
You make it look so simple. Too bad it ain't true. You do some awesome creations...thanks for the share this week!
leave the top alone, i love how it has a "patina" look to it
I have a feeling that there's 2 different shades of purple that would look perfect on top, something super bright almost neon would give vaporware vibes, darker almost black purple would keep the focus on the rest of the truck and look clean
Bumpers turned out rad. I'm down in Albuquerque and need to come see your shop for inspiration. Do your shop upgrades and have an open house.
Getting it wrong means you are learning a thing. Those sliders, done up prefabbed to any length, would be great for us builders that do rocker deletes on our rigs. Those would pull up nice and neat just under the door and higher up on the frame. Food for thought? 😃
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 stoked to be here before this channel get huge
Loving this build bro. I've always wanted one of these, but with a bikini top instead of the hard roof. My Dad had a white one with the retro Toyota stripes when i was a kid. Its been a fantasy ever since to own one. But for now I'll settle for living vicariously through you bro.
Appreciate it, man! That retro stripe combo is classic 👌
Love the process bud! I exclusively use CK and Furick products myself. Fantastic products!
CK and Furick are the best!
Really enjoying this new channel!!You are a fabricating machine!
Keep up the awesome work!,,
Appreciate it man! More to come!
The front bumper is amazing
Fricken awesome video bro! So entertaining and incredibly knowledgeable!!! Big time thumbs 👍
Great video Padric! Well thought out; looks awesome! 😍😍👍👍👌👌🔥🔥
For cleaning tubing you can put a scotch-brite pad on a random orbit sander using the Velcro they come with. Its cheap and dirty but it works.
