- This video briefly explains and discuss the procedure of drafting lot/site development plan in a working drawing. It also mentions some provisions based on the National Building code of The Philippines in positioning of the structure as well as the set back of a residential building in lot.

It is true we have to meet the floor size with the lot size. Just like yung nangyari sa amin. yung floor plan mas malaki pa kaysa sa side ng lote plus may offset pa kaya ni-redo ng artist ang plano. nice tutorial coach. relate ako sa content na to
