I watched this video when I got my first job in the chemical plant as an inspector. I’m here to say the best way to learn is to actually go out in the field and practice. I use to print out P&IDs to whole systems and walk it down on my free time. Hands on experience is key.

@@anoopkurian6635 Most probably yes (It may be De-mineralized water, check line is connected to drain than drain water is ok) get the line list where you will find all these details. or ask your TL to give P&ID legend sheets.

You have to check the line list where all details of service is listed against the line number
in line number itself give the service detail
eg : 8"-DW-454-1444 means its Drain Water Service
