It helped to answer my questions. Knowing how long the hikes take is helpful and the difficulty. Good to know if taking small children. Can't wait to see more!

Ok. Well now I need to go here. I was starting to believe armadillos were a myth. They were literally the thing I was most excited for when moving to Texas but I've yet to see one!
If you want to walk the trails and think they'll get tired, strollers will do well here. Sunscreen and bug spray will probably be good to have on hand. There's also the lake and river nearby, so maybe floaties and towels if you plan on getting wet. I hope that helps a little!

Funny enough, I've seen more armadillos in the past week than I have in my whole life of living here 😂 I love them!

Not right next to it, but there are some just down the road within easy walking distance!
