This is so cute .
It seems that with victory rolls , there is always one side that cooperates , and one that doesn't , and that seems to happen with longer hair too . I guess that's just the way it is with victory rolls :)

Tawnee Mcafee it's worth a try, if it's long enough to curl you can probably get something similar

Tawnee Mcafee even if you can't get the mini rolls you could curl the side hair back away from the face and bobby pin at back and do a curl in the front
