@@xdsuliman8562 you dont put it into the burger meat though, im sure he’s making smash burgers. So you get your meat unseasoned, measure out 2.5 oz balls, get you a nice spatula with a nice edge for getting under the burgers, place the burger ball on a nice hot skillet and smash it down till its nice and flat but not too much to where it thins out and tears apart, then add the seasoning on top of the patty while its cooking the other side, flip and add your choice of cheese and bam your done, each burger shouldn’t take more than 1 minute 1 min half total 👍🏾 and if you want more seasoning add it to the other side once you flip but before you add the cheese, then give it one more quick flip to ensure the seasoning get incorporated into the meat, add your cheese and your done 😁

@@xdsuliman8562 yeah no problem man, its awesome that your trying to cook for friends, you’ll definitely impress making burgers this way, i promise! I recently started to get into cooking and when i made these burgers i got comments like i should open my own restaurant lol just make sure you dont slack on the cheese and buns. I prefer gouda cheese and brioche buns but you can use any cheese but make sure the buns are grade A , no need to butter them. But yeah i use a long rectangular skillet, no oil but make sure you dont get it too hot just hot enough to hear a nice sear and scrape after every burger, also get a nice steak or meat press with a handle, itll help flatten the burgers but if not just do it with the spatula. Trust me you’ll have em coming back, and if you want to be extra you can buy some sweet onions and grill them bad boys with sone butter a pinch of salt and black pepper, cook on medium low and wait for some translucent and brown coloring. Really excited to hear how things turn out so lmk lol hope you enjoy them 👍🏾😊
