Hey man.. looks like a full gearbox rebuild.. those synchro springs wear out and the ends.. pull the oil drain nut .. it is magnetic.. brake clean the case.. the main shaft has enclosed needle bearings.. if you clean the shaft.. re-lubricate before assembly.. check the reverse lights tab if it is broken or bent.. on the car pull the bell housing.. check the clutch bearing, input shaft bearing on the flywheel if worn.. most important check clutch fork ball for wear.. it is held in with the only 12mm bolt in the whole car.. #notautomotiveadvice😜..good job so far..
