Hi Matthew! The name "SARUGECHU" is the Japanese name of the game. Specifically, the game name in Japan, where they speak Japanese, that one. That said, I would have assumed japanese dub would be implied as I did not label it "Ape Escape" the english name, nor do I clarrify the existence of subtitles as no one has reached out to help me translate.
