nothing like an unpopular opinion. You can use him if you like speed ,and his special attack is alright with a life orb. This was just me hating on this pokemon because he doesn't have ultra move coverage
i use it thunder electrium z max special attack and speed evs and it with gigavolt havoc OHKO's everything.Excpet grass cuz resist and ground cuz it is immune.
