this house looks familiar to me because I used to live in Five Canyon before. The house I used to live was bigger than this one. Castro Valley is a very safe area and people there are very nice. They used to have a block party around July 4 every year, people bring food and beverage out to eat and talk to each other. This is a Very good experience which I had missed.

Castro valley is not very safe. It is next to Oakland and San Leandro which is top 5 most dangerous city in America. Many gangs and violence it is like South Africa or Detroit not safe. A safe area in Bay Area is mill valley and Atherton and Palo Alto Los Altos hills Cupertino more traditional American family live there. I would not recommend Castro valley. It is 1 or 2 freeway exits from East Oakland. Very very high crime area. They drive into Castro valley very quickly
