Longest workout EVER! Lol. It was intense, no doubt. Really tried to focus on form and technic with heavier weights throughout and it was tough, but made it thru. Thank you for this workout..love the warm up and stretch to make it a complete workout.

Just completed this 1 hour workout and undoubtedly this is the most intense exercise session I've had in a while! I'm drenched in sweat and I got a serious burn going from head to toe! 🔥💦 This exercise coupled with the upper and lower body workouts of yours I did earlier this week has helped my physique get seriously toned too! My body fat percentage has roughly gone down from 13% in September to 12% throughout October. These quality workouts are gold 💛 💪🏼

It keeps track of the progress of the workout. Starts at 0 and goes to 100%, in the newer workouts we have separate progress bars for the warm up, workout and cool down. Thanks for joining in!
Could be due to improper form or muscle imbalances. Make sure you only squat as far as you feel in control and can maintain good form, watch out you're not leaning forwards too much, causing stress on the lower back. Also if any exercises cause you pain or discomfort make sure to check them out with your doctor or physio. 👍
