Petaling Jaya Ss14 🌿 The Atera by Paramount 🏙 TOD with Green Sustainable Concept 💯

If you're a fans of Petaling Jaya, and only want to buy in somewhere near to SS 2 or PJ Central then this new launch should match your expectation 🤔
Just like every developments there's pros and cons. Personally I would love the 1. Green sustainable technology the developer applying on this new launch such as their automated waste collection system (which is the first in PJ), the rainwater harvesting system, solar panel on top of the building etc. serve not only the residents well but also do good to the environment 🌿
2. The carpark, no need to keep turning even without speed ramp and of course the 3) pet focused retails right down at the condo 🐶
However, there's land for this development is of course again, it is due to the industrial area behind digital mall (else where got so many land in PJ), thus wouldn't denied that the 1) access is congested and the traffic during peak hour are horrible (despite the new access road developer building)🥶 2) The fact that it is somewhat near to HTC thus some might not really like it 💥

Hii Harry, depends on tenant profile you are looking at. For example if you're looking at students market, then would suggest Connaught Cheras, Sg Long or Setapak area; if Bangsar South more for white collar, Mont Kiara more for Expat. PJ market is quite diverse.. students, white collar, families ..
