PJ 64 is not ideal for me as Bluetooth controllers are not supported for the most part. you can also go to "paths" and change your roms folder to the ROMs directory so you can just press the rom name in the menu.

I run into a problem when playing a sm64 rom hack. It’s called Captain Falcon 64 and the problem I run into is when I jump into the level where you get the invisible cap power up. When I jump into that level, the screen turns black and I can’t proceed into the level. Do you think you can help me with this please?

My thought is you may have missed something, which it happens. But like you said, if you've followed the video step by step, the only suggestion I can make is to either try a different emulator or try a different game. If the same problem occurs, then it may be your computer, but I can assure you this works on all windows computers. Let me know if you still have a problem, I'll try to help as much as I can.

Now what about if it doesn't have the Super Mario 64 option? It just gives me an error with no message, but it does show a popup I can close. This does not add any Super Mario 64 option in settings. Opening it with a normal Super Mario 64 rom and selecting 8 gb does not work on the rom hacks. This has not worked on literally any rom hack except Star Road, which just kinda worked anyway.

if its a .zip, .rar, .7zyou need to extract it using a program called winrar

This can be the same for Android Roms too, if you have Mupen64 (aka M64Plus), it runs .z64 files. Just import them and you can play it on Android.

Not saying this is your fault, I'm just extremely late to the party. This is very outdated, at least fro me. There are no download links on the sm64 rom hacks website. 7 Zip and Winzip doesn't extract the files for me. Also, Project 64 has changed drastically and that menu to change your setting. If you or someone else could give me a hand< It'd be greatly appreciated.
