I would just use the duplicate and nudge trick for a shape like a heart... There is no built in option for that. I would use the duplicate and nudge trick. let me know if you need a tutorial.
When I select the grid in tinkercad none of the pentagons lineup and there are half pentagons that I can't get rid of.it. I'm trying to line up cylinders to make a battery holder.
