YELVERTON GOLF CLUB COURSE VLOG PART 6
We are at Yelverton Golf Club in Devon on Dartmoor as part of the Dartmoor Golf Breaks series and playing 18 holes, Dan Hendriksen PGA Professional, Lester Barnes 0 handicap, Lee Whittaker 12 handicap and special guest Craig Passmore +2 Handicap.

Yeleverton is the home of the South West Foursomes event of which Lester won as a PGA Professional a number of years ago. With this in mind we decide to play a round robin foursomes event where every 6 holes we change a partner. The player that finishes with the most points wins the match.

Great series. What a swing Craig has. The 3 Iron into the 16th was a thing of beauty. Be great to see the Hendriksen brothers vs Craig and Lester. 4 top golfers battling it out. Great content as ever Dan.

One day we’ll look back at these vlogs and say we were there at the start of a great career. Seriously; Dan could have at least 3 winners in The Grand National with those horse taming skills. Enjoyable foursome, Lester needs to gave a strong word with you Dan about his horse wrangling skills. Too funny for words, interesting seeing Craig hit the call 300 plus and then watching the Sunday show.

That's the way it goes sometimes. Golf has it's own sense of direction, you just have to go with the flow. Great group of golfers, thanks for entertaining us.
Saved the last of the cookie-dough ice cream for Part 6. Was not disappointed (with either).
Many years ago Yelverton was my home club as a junior. I still play it visting family at Christmas. Always was and remains a cracking little members club. 13th is a real stand out hole, and very pleased to you guys calling out the par3's. Cracking golf, and great vlog. Well done. Perhaps a slight tone-down on the Minces' unnecessary grass-throws alert though :)

Cracking 6 part series guys. Yelverton GC was my home club until 30th April 2020. Such a truly fantastic and beautiful course. Lester I feel your pain, the 18th was always my nemesis, I always found the ravine..... Always.
Keep up the cracking work Dan, hopefully you'll come to Saltash and film a 6 part series at the Cornish Augusta..... The China Fleet Golf & Country Club.

That was a good watch, play skins next time maybe, for points, make the score more interesting, holes carry over on partner change. Play 1 point bits too, nearest pins, birdies, sand saves etc

The atmosphere of horses around the course reminds me a bit of the local kangaroos around ours. However, I guess we are more used to the locals than Lester was. Yelverton GC looks like a very good course.

Great advert for Yelverton but a terrible advert for Torquay proshop ! You two were lucky to get 3rd & 4th ! Judging by Lester's performance on the 18th, I take it Chester didn't name him after Lester Pigot !! He could charm the horses but this Lester is only able to charm Torquay scrubbers !! If he's lucky that is ! That was a great series chaps, a very quirky course but made some good vids.
