You know it just occurred to me. Because Chaldea is at this point the rest of humanity has been wiped out and Chaldea is so isolated, there probably isn't much of a flu season or many viral infections of any kind with the possible exceptions of anything Ritsuka and Mash bring back with them
There's the occasional Sumerian plague...
