Andrea, I loved watching you make and explain the card. The result is really beautiful! I would be thrilled to receive such a personalize card from someone with so much thought and time put into it!
Loved the way you use your skins for cards. Good idea. The elephant napkins were the best I have seen. Hard to find good ones like those. My favorite animal is the elephants.
Thank you Deane. It`s a Fiscars cutter. They have a ton of different cutters but unfortunately they only have the types name on the package so I can`t tell you which one that is.
Beautiful use of that lovely piece of skin! Can you tell me what the silver paste was that you used on the die cuts? I couldn't catch the name you said on the video...I am on the lookout for something like this ;) Dx
Difficult, the skins are acrylics and some of them having a special shine I`d like to keep, a sealing might cover that up. I use liquid varnish on acrylic paintings and a pouring medium on alcohol inks for example. I definitely wouldn`t use a gel medium.

Absolutely awesome -- inspiring and beautiful. I love seeing how you used the white foam
Thanks a lot Meri.
Great use of a skin. I am impressed with the effect of using the foam for dimension; this is a technique I will utilize in my future work. Peace.
Thanks a lot Monica. The advantage of the foam is that it gives quite a good dimension without making the card too heavy.

Thank you Grace.
How long can I keep them without the skin getting harder?
It depends on the mixture of media you are using to create the skin. But they will always stay flexible enough that they don`t brake to easily.
Do you seal your cards with anything afterwards?
It depends on what material I use, in this case sealing is not necessary, just gluing it down properly is enough.
@@AndreaKidman OK, thank you. If you did need to seal them what would you use? Thanks for all your help.
Difficult, the skins are acrylics and some of them having a special shine I`d like to keep, a sealing might cover that up. I use liquid varnish on acrylic paintings and a pouring medium on alcohol inks for example. I definitely wouldn`t use a gel medium.
@@AndreaKidman OK, thanks for your advice. I guess I'll just have to experiment. I really appreciate your effort and help.
