I was doing some light, easy 10 min yoga, and was trying to meditate after when this popped up. It flowed so well. It was almost like it was the Universe allowing me the safe space to be in serenity, in mind, body, and spirit. Today was my first time doing yoga and meditation since 2 yrs ago... I don't believe in coincidence.

Just had the wildest vivid dream while sleeping with this on. A scene of ominous folks chasing me because they wanted something I had access to and a badass guardian figure showing up to turn them back with Light, as I made it safely to my destination.
