      Somatics to engage retraining the CNS parasympathetic to put the brakes on more often than not,
      Meditation helps develop an observational perspective & emotionally distant from the distress material we humans tend to project.
      Humming, durga breathing at back of slightly closed throat, ‘m-vibrating; silence the mind Isha Krya & 7 Haaa out breaths with sound afterwards. Then these bowls will be deliciously & deeply relaxing…sleeping

    I’ve learned to connect the feelings of my body and emotions together. Doing this allows me to know which emotions I’ve identified with the body sensation and stop it when it comes. Thank you for allowing us to share our experiences to help others on this journey.

    • @belledear54
      @belledear54 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I don't think you should stop the feeling or emotion when it comes if that's what you mean. You should allow it to come up and feel it, acknowledge it's there. And then let it go. Otherwise repressing it will make it worse.

    • @Anonymous-fh8nr
      @Anonymous-fh8nr 27 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@belledear54you’re absolutely correct! As a healer, I was stunned to read someone brag about shutting off their emotions as though it was a good thing to do 😑 Suppressing any emotion is an excellent way to dysregulate your nervous system and literally make yourself sick. There’s tons of studies that prove this. It’s shocking that in 2024 there’s still people who have the mistaken belief that ‘stopping’ an emotion is a beneficial or enlightened way of being.

      One thing that I have found helps me is to take in more magnesium rich foods & drinks. Our magnesium levels get depleted when we are chronically stressed. Other kinds of nutritional support. Rescue Remedy can help (Bach Flowers). Nature. Mind-body therapies. Homeopathic remedies can help. Reiki. Being in nature can help. (Earthing - putting bare feet on the ground & also hugging a tree)

      There’s a lot of *power* in the words we *choose*
      Please replace words like ‘bad’ to *positive* connotations
      Such as ‘getting better’ - this one change alone will be the *seeds* of great change for the better
      Just like; instead of: “did I call at a bad time?”
      “Did I reach you at a *good* time?”
      It leads to different future outcomes - now let’s get into some *compound interest!*
      Please keep this lantern *lit!*
      Pce, take *care!*

      P.s you might also want to start listening to louise hays affirmations in the morning and in the evening and while you sleep.Your nervoussystem isnt bad love it is propably hijacked and stuck in a response due to all youve been through🫂so its now extra careful and might be holding on to old memories that arent true anymire. thats not your fault at all. Most of humanity is stuck in fight or flight or freeze respone and has often high cortisol or other hormonal issues, adrenal fatigue etc. You are not alone🌱

Second is that I couldn't find an email where I could contact you to find out where I can get the light bases that you have placed under the bowls, it seems that it has no cables and they look very good. If you could tell me I would appreciate it. I also do sound baths but very humbly and I learn every day from the best like you. Thank you 🙏🏻 From Spain
