I love the glass triangle. I spent all day in the ER yesterday and im suffering a lot of pain. This will sooth and help me fall asleep. I thank you for all you do for us and also sharing Perseus with us also🕉️💜
I was and am also astonished simply because of the acute sensitivity of cat's hearing - no matter how beautiful and positive, the volume alone in the midst of this symphony would cause most cats pain. Maybe this one is hard of hearing?
So happy to see the kitty this morning! I just love him! I wake early every morning when it's still dark and I just felt the desire to burn a little sage and sweetgrass and light my beeswax candle sit quietly and listen to some frequencies, with my dog along with my coffee and there you are! this made me feel very calm and focused..my dog loved it too! I love when synchronicities happen! Thank you!!!💌

My energy lifted while I also felt more grounded within a few seconds of beginning to listen. Watching Perseus was so calming. This deep resonance is one of my favorite singing bowl meditations.
I love neroli oil - I sometimes use it in rooms after cleaning rooms or in a bath but I dont like patchouli much, its too sweet for me. :) I prefer lavender oil. Both for cleaning rooms and for a bath. I also like orange and cloves oils for cleaning and for a bath. And I like franciscense or eucalipthus to use for helping focus when I write. I also like white oak moss oil for cleaning rooms esp my library, becouse this oil feels very in tune with the smell of old wood of furniture there :)
Really love your baths, they are truly divinely inspired. At the end of December beginning of Jan I was having high blood pressure and head aches and your facial nerve sound bath helped me get through it. I am very grateful, we need your talent. Sending you so many blessings 🙏
Wow! I have this astrology app and they have some audio meditations on it and they had the singing triangle in it. It’s just weird because it wasn’t something I pay attention to a lot. This sound bath must be one I should make sure I do

LOVE the kitty just sleeping and vibing in the middle of it all. What's his name? My almost 5 year old son is still non-speaking for some mysterious reason and has osteogenesis imperfecta type 3 (brittle bone disease). He's had upwards of 15 bone breaks in his short life. He's extremely sensitive, too. Anyway, these sounds pique his interest and seem to soothe him some. This is only the 3rd time I've tried, but thank you.
