A great video about how important is to share our years of experience to the next generation of photographers! Karen is a great shooter and an even greater person, mentor and friend to our photography community! After reading years of learning and mentoring, there is no greater joy than to see others fall in love with our craft!

Hope, you do have a spot in all of this, a very special spot - maybe one day you’ll be a mentor too. Karen, what you're doing by being a mentor, is beautiful.

Those are some wonderful photos by Hope. I can see why she was given this opportunity. Karen was a great choice to be her mentor. Fuji understands what is important and I thank them for presenting stories like this.

Very good. She has a story to tell and I love how Fuji allows her (all of us) to tell it. Mentorship is so important not just with photography but everything and a lot of folks never get it.

The story is cool. I like the cameras.
I'm left scratching my head as I notice some of the out of focus scenes and some of the video that is recorded on a iPhone. And with the X-T5 in the title, we aren't able to get 4K on TH-cam?

Jumping unstable focus? Overheating during video shooting? Breaking stabilization when swinging? and of course the support that does not know what to advise.
I am the owner of XT-3 and XT-4 cameras and I probably won't buy XT-5 if you can't prove to me that everything has been fixed there!

@@djstuc I used to sail Hobie Catamarans. There was a guy at the club who came in dead last at club races. He went on and on about how bad Hobie boats were. He finally sold it and bought a Prindle catamaran. Yep, he continued to come in dead last at club races.
I've had the privilege both with my personal and professional photography to use a host of legendary cameras, from Sinar view cameras to Hasselblads to Leicas. I'm having as much fun as I've ever had with my Fuji cameras and it is reflected in my photos.

@@djstuc During photography, there are no complaints about the quality. But when you shoot a series of frames, the camera does not adjust the focus and exposure. filming- other story. Before FUJI customer service told me to buy CINEMA lenses to achieve better result.... For $5000. I say no I will wait. Finally come out new lenses XF 18-120mm F4 LM PZ WR. Old lenses have mechanical zoom but thiese new lenses have only integrated motor with slow movement. And again fucus making mistakes and jumping in some scenes. When I use the slow zoom, I can see that the movement of the lenses does not coincide with the tracking of the focus. Not calibrated. Vhen i use zoom also it move lenses in other direction and back. so it made some blurry for 1-2 seconds. I stll use old lenses. I changes some firmware and now XT4 can shoot video 6K and no limit 20 minutes with video. Still overheating. I order Sony A9. This is completely different camera. However FUJI not so bad. Need buy it again and compare. May be great idea take review for it ans share with experience?
