Very thoroughly given ideas, thanks so much for taking the time in explaining the whys. Most tablescapes videos seems to just show off what they have without any thought of telling a story. Your grandmother's China is gorgeous btw. My style is more rustic so I loved your little brown transferware plate and the settings with the woven charger. I always thought if you only do one tablescape all year long, it should be Thanksgiving. We do a big Christmas breakfast brunch with family, so it's not that formal and if we got the energy maybe more formal Christmas Dinner with limited guest. Can't wait to see what you put together for the full Thanksgiving Table. 😊
Thank you so much! I really appreciate hearing that. I agree with you about the Thanksgiving table. It tends to be the holiday when you have the most meaningful people around you. Plus it's the holiday that's ALL about eating. 😄
Oh-my! I'm sorry I didn't include that in the video. The fork and napkin go on the left of the plate and the knife and spoon on the right side. Be sure that the knife blade faces the plate. Here's a link that details how to set your table for any meal: adornthetable.com/how-to-set-a-dining-table/.
Have you started planning your Thanksgiving tablescape? If so ~ what's your vision?
Wow, all of these were gorgeous! I think the decorative turkey plate was my favorite, followed by the pheasants. Great video!
Thanks so much! I really appreciate you letting me know. 😊

Thank you!
What do you do with the silverware? Where do you place it?
