One thing I admire about dogs is they don't feel sorry for themselves. They just do it!

The physical issues only adds to the cuteness of his personality and charisma, which may actually not be so dominant or exist at all if he wasnt disabled in some way.

Huh, I've heard lots about cats with cerebellar hypoplasia, but this is the first dog I've seen with it. So glad he's got a loving home
My 19-year old cat was living well until the day before he passed. And then he would keep falling down. Then the next day he died. I figure something went wrong in his brain.

Look up Stevie the wonder dog! He’s a golden lab (I believe) that has cerebellar hypoplasia and he loves “dancing” in puddles he’s very cute, has his own Instagram
my cat Arlo has ch. moderate to severe. when doing research before getting him i found out that it happens in humans too as well as dogs and other species.
As a broken soldier, he and I would get along great.
Why not work with one of these organizations, adopting, fostering or just caring for a dog with cerebellar hypoplasia? It isn't easy by any stretch of the mind, but they say that effort pays itself off...

I have a pattie that saw that my son needed her more. I have a husky weimaraner mix that loves hugs. She didn't fit. A rescue is the best fit.
People who help disabled animals have a special place in my heart 💙
my cat has ch like floppy. honestly more people should adopt disabled pets. they arent difficult to care for. ch doesnt cause any health issues. arlo, my cat, has a uti issue that is unrelated. but over all its not that much different from having an able bodied cat

I had a Schnauzer like this, she was 8 years old when we had to put her to sleep. When we first got her, the breeder told us to bring her back and to pick out another. He was going to put her down as a puppy. We decided to keep her and he refunded our money. She was the sweetestest happiest dog ever. It was like having a newborn taking care of her. That was one of the absolute worst days ever when we had to put her to sleep.

For him. Its a huge thing to be able to do. As a disabled human, I can relate. It seems small to you, but the amount of energy and determination spent on that little thing is huge. Its victory!

I once Has a rabbit which suffered from seizures AT 1 and a half. His right hind leg was paralysed after that. He died when He was seven. He still sometimes hops around in my Dreams Holding up his leg to be able to jump around on the three remaining ones.

I love when special needs animals are cared for, especially dogs. They're so sweet and deserving.
Reminds me of a horse my aunt raised named Max. Max was born unable to feel anything in his hind legs, an issue with his spine if I recall. The vet wanted to put him down, but my aunt told me she couldn’t put an animal down for something that isn’t his fault. Last time I saw my aunt, Max was about five years old and fully rideable, if a bit temperamental and prone to tripping.
Amazingly patient, loving people like those who have adopted Floppy make our planet a really wonderful place 2 bee! They are humane hero's in the truest sense : )
