L'auto-censure des femmes, la comprendre et la dépasser | Lili Mouillard-Lample | TEDxAgroParisTech

Bien plus qu’une simple question de personnalité ou de capacités, l’estime de soi est confrontée au comportement que la société nous impose d’incarner. Chez la femme, les facteurs bloquants sous-jacents à ces normes tendent vers un phénomène d’auto-censure lorsqu’il lui faut objectiver son potentiel.
Ce changement de perspective est un élan vers la prise de conscience et le passage à l’action de chacun et chacune sur le chemin de l’émancipation des femmes. Lili was first student in AgroParisTech, a school where we can study Life and Environmental Sciences and Industry. She has joined Science Po since Septembre 2023, to study Human and Social sciences.
