@GardenDiscovery How big is it? I'd lay it side ways on a lawn of blanket and tap out of old pot. Then, use soft rope or grab from rooted area or base with welding gloves or giatskun gloves. I'd have to see pictures to better advise, though.
What about the pine seed or Western conifer seed bug? I'm starting to notice them. Not to give them a bad rap but I've seen them at the ca cactus center, but I haven't been there in quite a while.
They're either the same or related to Leaf'-footed bugs. I only get the ones in the video, slugs, hardscale, and aphids on my cacti. Hardscale only on Mexican Fencepost and Cereus.
No. Only on greenhouse plants that don't produce edible fruit. 1, don't want to kill bees and hummingbirds, 2, the fruit maybe contaminated also. I grow these to eat the fruit.
Soapy water helps with the nymphs, duct tape works as well.
Beautiful Cacti!
Thank you!

Jorge, how do you repot a long spine cacti like Austrocylindropuntia cylindrica without injuring the spines or yourself? HELP!

@manimalcactus it's got 3 separate columns and about 4 foot tall.

Can you use systemic pesticides like imidacloprid?
