to anyone who's just coming here and trying to make their wig look better/more natural: for beginners, the wispy version is easiest to make it look natural, followed by the fringe. I always like doing one of those and cleaning up a bit at the ends and cutting vertically

No need for a tutorial just simple response but how would i keep hair back like raven in teen titans? Also how to straighten hair? I tried once before and it completely fried the wig sadly. Great video btw! Will hopefully be using for Raven!

ok so to straighten it, you're gonna want a heat resistant wig. and use the straightener at it's lowest setting
to keep it back, either push it behind your ears, or use LOTS of spray. got2b glued blasting freeze spray works really well.

You can straighten a non heat resistant wig by running it under extreme hot water. With water having the moisture your wig will not burn. I have done this.

So my neighbor(She cosplays) gave me the tip to make the scissors go staraight up and cut in bit by bit. Is this a good method? Be cause she also told me to just carefully cut it straigt first and then do that. (my wig is longer than my back and needs to be just some longer than my shoulders.)

Hairdressing scissors. Specifically designed for hair. Don’t use any regular scissors as they aren’t designed to pull off these styles. Likewise only use hairstyling scissors on hair (synthetic or real), otherwise you’ll knacker the blades.

Cut before you curl! 6 months late but its best to cut the hair straight then curl it for an even cut

Hairstyling scissors! Can be used for real or synthetic wigs. Don’t use regular scissors as they’re unable to smoothly pull off these tricks.
