the most comfortable wide fitting boots for me, which i just got today is the nike tiempo legend 9’s, but i have yet to test them out, hopefully theyre as good as i expect it to be
most comfortable wide fitting boots now for me is the NB 442 V2 Pro in 2E. I have enormously wide feet and this is the only current boot that fits me comfortably out of box. Past models would be the Puma Future 5.1/6.1
@@i-am-mercurial you don't have to as most models fits normal and slightly narrow feet. Thus wide feet people like me can go to a football shop and try 20 pairs of boots and never finds anything comfortable or won't give me blisters. U are simply living in bliss and not realizing our pain brother
What I noticed is the shapes also differ among the grades within one silo/model, for example Tiempo 9 is being touted as wide feet friendly - I tried the elite (two colourways) and they absolutely crushed my feet(specifically the toes). So cramped. Same with the pro. However the academy were spot on - almost perfect. All the same size, 43 EUR/9,5 US.
More notes but more on types of boots. Some boots are designed for more narrow feet than others. Also when trying on boots or any shoe in general, do it during the afternoon when your feet have been walking around for the day. Your feet will be somewhat wider during the afternoon than the morning. That way you will get the best feel for how a shoe, sneaker or football boot will feel. When you're active like palying football, your feet will swell, which is why trying on boots during the afternoon will be the closest to replicating that feeling.
Mizuno Monarcida Japan Wide was the most comfortable shoes that I have used, however, if we include overall performance in addition to the comfort, I like both Mizuno Morelia II Japan and Mizuno Alpha Japan AG the most.
@@upper90football_buy straight from Mizuno's Japan store. Its how I was able to buy my Mizuno Morelia Neo 4 MIJ from the UK. As here they only sell the beta version.
if you prefer adidas tooling to nike i would personally say the predator accuracy.1 and + are great for wide feet, i was leaning towards a new balance wide fit model but stuck to adidas, but as of what I've heard don't get the low version because they don't lock down as well and have a shallow heel.
Thank you for this! I was about to return my mercs cause the toebox is really tight. Have the same cleats in 8 and downsized to 7.5 cause after wearing them a few times, i started slipping inside around and got blisters. Will break them in and hope they adjust to my foot.
just bought some mercurials and it feels like im stepping on the side of the boot. Like as if i was stepping on the sole but also on another surface with a different level. Does that mean my feet are too wide for the boot?
Hi, I have tiny feet for a fully grown male! And getting boots is a bit of a nightmare, my feet are 23cm exactly, I was debating whether to get UK 5 which is 23.3cm or 5.5 which is 23.7, my feet are narrow. My main concern is that feet swell during excersise, would they exceed that of the 23.3 where my toes are getting crushed in the toe box?
I have thin feet. Especially in the toe area and a little towards the middle. I tried the Nike phantom gx2 and it hugged my entire shoe. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. For example, when I tried models such as the Vapor 15, there was an unnecessary gap where the toes meet the middle part. Please help me find the boot👀.
What about shin guards? Do you not wear shin guards that have a strap under your foot? Is that outdated practice? I notice most kids in youth soccer do. I would imagine that would impact cleat/boot fit. What kinds of shin guards do you wear?
@upper90football_ sorry for the confusion. I do not care what "brand" shon guards you wear, I'm more curious what "style" of shin guards you wear. My kid's shin guards go inside his shoe and under his sock underneath the foot, which impact his shoe fit. What style do you prefer? Compression? Slide into sock sleve? Built into sock? Etc. Thanks.
I’ve been struggling to find some new cleats that fit comfortable 😅 I’ve been using some Nike tiempo legends 8 and they fit nice but I’ve had them for 2 years and they’re starting to tear. In the last month I’ve tried “adidas copa pure 2.1” and “ adidas crazy fast .2” cleats and they fit tight at the mid cleat or mid part of my feet. I wear a size 13 and it’s a struggle finding any in store so I have to order online and hope they fit and if they don’t then return them and re start the process 😅any recommendations on cleats to try for my wide and semi flat feet??
I heard the New Balances offer a wide variation of their boots (2E), havent tried them tho. I have tried the Mizuno Morelia II tho and they’re comfortable (I have extremely wide feet)
I recently bought some mbappe and the sides of my foot it squeezes them but from the toes it fits well, is that how the boot suppose to fit or do I need a bigger size ?
Bro i got 1 finger space in my boot , but my foot hurts so bad when i play with it . What should I do ? , Does the boot strech when we play for a period of time?

Sick of reading about wide feet all the time. No one ever doing reviews saying what's best for narrow / flat feet

I just bought puma future pros and they are very nice, still a bit small on the width because of my very Wide feet😂
1:59 sandals bare foot and crocs… the trifecta… my feet can be used as hand fans
You should review natur athletic boots. Definitely looks like they need some refinement but I'm so curious how they'd feel.
I think I will! I’m also hoping that more companies will release barefoot inspired cleats in the coming years.

Top 5 personal recommendations for wide and flat feet based on the latest boots available?
nb 442 wide is good.
predator accuracy.1 is also good.
Adler yatagarasu is also good but not in stock rn for most sizes.
I would definitely try the pred.1s, they seem to fit wide and short
