This is intense!!!! I think the way you altered the rhythm in the fast section works really well, and I like the slidy bass part!
Yeah that altered part came out of necessity as there was no way I was cleanly playing those triplets haha. And yeah slidy bass is a lot more fun when there aren’t frets

I've heard this theme in so many ways, but so many people don't quite capture the same feeling as the original theme, and I've always wondered if anyone would ever capture that same magic that the original had.
As a person who has heard this theme for the last 20 years, and loves it just as much as the first time I've heard it, I can confidently say that you've made one of the best versions of this theme that I've ever heard!
You've absolutely nailed every part of the song, and you didn't even have to play it "by the book" to accomplish that.
