So just fender replace, weld that door edge, spray paint pumber corner and door edge. Wet sand after 2k clear coat

I've had good luck getting rid of smoking smells in a car using Starbrite Car Odor Eliminator. It's a chlorine fumigator bomb. Smells like an indoor pool after use, but that smell airs out quickly and removes the smoke smell that gets in the headliner, cloth seats, and carpet.
Ozone machine is better.
Here is what I did for my car (1st owner had the car for 15 years and was a smoker).
1st you need to clean all plastics, then wash the carpet and seats with some good extracting vacuum cleaner (the water was black), steam clean the headliner, then run ozone generator twice for 10 minutes.

I think I want to actually buy one . Im past the loud "fast" cars phase , I just want a daily that's quiet and gets good mpg, although my focus get 35-40. I might look at the lexus version of the Prius , the CT200
