Im gonna say it. This is th best killing floor boss theme, excluding abandon all. It just fits so perfectly. The slow build up, the mix of orchestra and metal, the song length, and it's both threatening and makes you want to absolutely annihilate Hans. 10/10

Doesn't that by proxy make him the most intimidating gameplay-wise? My opinion is that the aesthetics of a boss don't have to be intimidating as long as the gameplay surrounding it is.
Hans is a really fun boss imo. Dodging his gas and grenade barrages is fun and keeps you on your toes and parrying his claw and bayonet slashes is satisfying. His dialogue during the boss fight is also fun to listen to.
They've actually added a NEWEST Boss; the King Fleshpound! He's real, as Hans would say: _Check out MY most powerful creation yet, little pigs! Behold; the King Fleshpound!_
I tried the PS4 demo for the game at EGX and I have to say that the game was very interesting. I'm honestly considering picking the game up when it comes out! Also, to the donkey fucking bastard who left the demo stall and handed the game over just before a BOSS FIGHT, leaving another patron to figure out the controls for the game while THIS FRANKENSTEIN'S ABORTION is trying to kill them, there is a special Hell for you!
Might be 6 months late but if you did not get it yet and have PC as an option I would highly recommend that version over the PS4 version due to custom map support. There are a lot of amazing maps made by the community that currently are not available on the PS4 and may never be.
I wonder if he intentionally made himself exposed to 95% of his body even with his exoskeleton armor. Was it to reduce total weight and move quickly? Because if that's the case, he shaved off too much armor and it shows little to no purpose.
To be fair, the Fleshpound is essentially wearing some metal tighty-whities and everyone else is basically naked (bar the husk). So he's actually got a lot by comparison
Infectious Frostbite Actually Exoskeletons are not supposed to be armor, but instead Limb Enhancers, thats why it's mounted into the user's spine, legs and arms, to enhance every limb for like +105% of its actual use. Hans also use drugs and mechanical organs to extend his life in the course of the years, and that Gas Mask is melted into his face if look closely into it.
My guess is that when he was installing the Horzine technology to himself, he might also added the whole no-fear-or-pain system. If he had no fear of anything, or experienced no pain, then it kinda makes sense why he wouldn't go through the extra effort of putting more armour on.
I like how the beginning part is orchestral instead of being 100% metal like every other song in the game. A rather fitting song for a 100-year-old Nazi Scientist who still clings onto his Nazi heritage for whatever reason despite the war being over for years, as shown by his use of STG-44s with bayonets. And I guess the whole "gas" thing, too. Plus his concept art had Nazi armbands on them.
I like this one but the original KF standalone had a harder hitting Patriarch theme, it made you want to run and hide and the guy with a rocket launcher for an arm!
