Yea the last lets play I watched of this was from 4 years ago lol. It's a pretty good game and does a very good job of simulating what it's like to run a hospital.
I've played this quite a bit and I never knew about the diagnosis screen that shows all the symptoms and tests...mind blown!! Loving this series already, I'm starting a new hospital and following you along!
I just found your channel and I have to say that I'm really thrilled for the series. I really like the level of details of how you decorated the rooms, maybe just rethink the x-ray rooms, if you should feel like it. The desk and control panels are usually behind a protective barrier to protect the operator from radiation.
Loving the way you're building up slowly and methodically, and the way you use corridors for planning. Learning some good tips for my next sandbox playthrough (currently trying to get through the last couple of challenges, which I somehow left undone last time I was playing this). Also, you are indeed pronouncing sinusitis correctly. :D
Sir, I must say that I love the way you plan a perfect, align and beautiful layout, yet still able to decorate every small details to make them look unique. Pure talent
I'm here watching your video while I'm really sick and have a horrible headache and its so nice being able to watch someone play something and be so calm. Thank you for the amazing video.
26:43 you are correct, doing more treatments gets more money from pharmacy. I usually leave out unneeded treatments that aren’t fulfilled at the pharmacy like rest as it just takes more time and as the pace picks up I need that time saved haha
Nice to see someone actually using mods to add in extra clinics! The last few creators I watched play this ended up giving up in their series due to low views. I hope I get to see all those clinics in action in your mega hospital :)
Your ability to cheese the diagnoses depending on which departments you have built is a big eye-opener for me as I send a lot of patients away if they have a battery of symptoms I can't treat, especially early on. A bit sad that the game was bult this way, but I'd rather know than not, so genuine thanks for that.
They will send patients that you don't have treatments for, but they never send patients that needs another department. Sometimes the AI will misdiagnose a patient as needing another department though.
Love this game, I have played it quite a lot on and off over the years. Looking forward to seeing more of this series. One suggestion, if you are going to continue using doctor mode when you get to hospitalisation, you may want to re-enable pulsing hidden symptoms. When you get to the more challenging departments, such as traumatology, patients can come in with several symptoms that can lead to collapse, and you want to make sure you have identified all of them before sending them off for treatment.
Didn't know this game existed! It's so cool! And ridiculously accurate too! Doctor approved! 👍 Also, fun/interesting sidenote: At 48:15 when you wanted to distinguish between bacterial and viral tonsilitis you didn't need to switch doctors, nor extra exams, and definitely didn't need to send the patient away, because the medical facts and descriptions in the game are so incredibly accurate that just from the symptoms you already had you could already make the diagnosis! 😃👍 The patient had fever (typical of bacterial infections, though it can have other causes) and supurative tonsilitis (a.k.a. pus in the tonsils which is again typical of bacterial infections, since viral ones would cause inflamation - redness and swelling - but not pus). With this alone you could imediately get to the bacterial tonsilitis diagnosis ✨✨ It's amazing and awesome to see a game that actually goes into this much accurate medical facts and descriptions ❤ Felt like if I had played this game during Uni finals in Med School it would have actually helped me a lot! xD
One of my favorite games! As someone in the medical field, I really appreciate how well this game captures the realism of diagnoses and procedures. It's clear a lot of thought went into it
Chubby: "These are all perfect candidates!" Also Chubby, 2 sec later : Lemme hire that 0% general medicine and 0% diagnosis guy! (46:56) You're one of the few not having me sob at my screen because of poor designing and planning, hope to see more from you 🥰🥰
If you want to put more realisim to this hospital, you could put the cabinets in the reception behind doors so they would not be acessible by patiens, altought for the game it's not necessary :)
Happy Doctoring 😆Although technically correct, it might sound a little better with happy curing or treating. On the whole, a nice comfy start to the series. I played this a good chunk last year. Just looked, apparently almost 100 hours of it 😳Daam, wasn't expecting that. It's a nice chill game although a few things can be frustrating, especially if your not sure on how everything works. I remember trying to make some nice balconies for my hospital and it was just a pain to do until i found a proper way to make them. Ill see what things come up and see what i can help with, I don't have any of the paid DLCs though so i may not be able to help with those
I was thinking Happy Diagnosing, but that's a bit too much haha, I'll figure something out! I'm sure I'll get frustrated at some point haha, seems like late game can be quite chaotic!
Its actually not bad to be fair. Once your doctors are mostly trained up, theyre pretty competent on their own, you may get a couple pop ups asking you to interfere, but on the whole it's quite hands off. In my opinion the hardest part is getting things done quickly enough, when your hospital starts getting large, it becomes more of a hassle getting the doctors to move the patients back and forth for each test they need, especially for ICU patients, and its not helped by their critical situations either. Keep everything they will ever need, Immediately next to them, even if you need like 1 of each room, your doctors will save lots of time transporting them.
I am not sure, I only have the Doctor mode DLC so I've never used them. I might see how you feel with the DLC to see if its worth getting for myself. I heard this was abandonware so I never got them but apparently not cause there was an update like 2 weeks ago.
Thank you for these videos. You have reignited my interest in management strategy games with your Software Inc. series, so huge thanks for doing what you do . Best wishes!
Wow, i never knew you would pick up one of my favorite games . This is awesome❤ Tho,the cleaning closet are too big for me haha😂 I personally love to have just one big room and paint atleast 3x3 cleaning closet inside for every dept in it and it would fit the equipments needed for the closet, that big room could hold atleast 4 depts. Since in a long run I would need more space especially on emergency clinic
12:30 I never even realized that easy way to paint the inside facing walls. Holy crap. Guess I’m gonna have to jump back into the game and start fresh off.
Windows on the doctor's office doors? 😮 Patients take their shirts off! 😊 Lol This is such a great game! I would love if the devs were interested in making more for it, but it is still lots of fun as-is.
TH-cam recommended me this, what days do you post Project Hospital? PS, patients have discomfort needs (can't remember if it's hidden or shown on their needs screen) so giving them every cream & pill makes them feel better, giving you 5-star review.
@@ChubbyPandaGGM forgot to mention, the Doctor AI will only give the meds in the tool tip. Another thing in the department mode, you can set uniform colours by clicking on the dress icon. If you want lab techs to wear black to match their floors
Especilly in the USA, doctors wil always treat a patient even iff they have no idea whats wrong, they will treat for the most common disease with a widespread treatment, so u "guessing" the dignostic is not super realistic but also is at the same time.
I like this game, but it leaves MUCH to ve desired with the departmentalizing of different things. Let me explain: People will not use a room if its not assigned to the same department, so if you have a department that has its own xray services, someone will not come from another department to use that xray. But ive also had it where people just wont use the radiology department xray either. Theres also massive pathing issues. And janitors cant be set to just clean the whole hospital, they are also departmentalized
The poor staff of radiology will die of radiation if they are not seated in another room while doing x-rays. Or is this just your way to make money of your staff by turning them into patients? 😂
You haven't used them yet so what does reception actually do? Also I'm insulted there's no IT staff requirement. 😒 My FHC would fall apart without me turning things off and on again. 😆
I totally forgot I never hired reception! They don't get hired in episode 2 either haha. But, they will sort your patients into low, medium and high risk and also help reveal some initial symptoms.
15:20 what is the point of a bathroom cubicle door if you can see through the sides of it?? also the fact that you can profit off healthcare is wild to me… it’s just plain immoral
not seen anyone play this games for ages. absolutely looking forward to this series.
Me too!
this
Yea the last lets play I watched of this was from 4 years ago lol. It's a pretty good game and does a very good job of simulating what it's like to run a hospital.
Your way of playing the game and editing of the vid scratches my brain nicely. Can't wait for more
Play more of this
I will!

Good to know! Once I'm done with the insurance stuff I probably wont do much doctor mode anymore anyway :)

Looks like a potential series! Excited for it
Oh man your jumping STRAIGHT IN, I like that
My favorite and most played game being played by my favorite TH-camr! I must be dreaming. Please keep Project Hospital coming.
Perfect choice. This on my wishlist for awhile now

Love this game my favorite management one of all time. Would also love to see SimAirport too eventually

I'm so glad! They're such a fun genre, for me at least 😀
love the series, so want to get the game myself
I reckon there are a lot of doctors out there who would probably argue they have patients like the guy with the mystery contusion all the time!
Wow, i never knew you would pick up one of my favorite games . I'm going to need more of this
Hi there, medical technician here, love the video and looking forward to more of this. Oh and yes, it is pronounced “sinus eye tis” 30:58
Glad you liked it! And thank you for the pronunciation! I guarantee I'll still butcher it haha
I was just about to comment this too. I'm a medical scribe.
I need more of this asap. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!😂 this is fantastic
MORE PLEASE ! was searching for a good project hospital gameplay and there it is. Fun to watch someone play. I'm lazy to plan myself
More soon!
12:30 I never even realized that easy way to paint the inside facing walls. Holy crap. Guess I’m gonna have to jump back into the game and start fresh off.
Super handy! Especially if you just want one room to be different from the rest!
Always prescribe all treatments. I feel it's better to alleviate all symptoms for a better satisfaction score AND the pharmacy money!
Windows on the doctor's office doors? 😮 Patients take their shirts off! 😊 Lol
This is such a great game! I would love if the devs were interested in making more for it, but it is still lots of fun as-is.
Hahaha I like to think they have integrated blinds or something :) Solid doors bug me a little haha
TH-cam recommended me this, what days do you post Project Hospital?
PS, patients have discomfort needs (can't remember if it's hidden or shown on their needs screen) so giving them every cream & pill makes them feel better, giving you 5-star review.
Project Hospital is just the current series, so it'll be posted every 3 days! Also that's great to know! Thanks!

Hi, can you put glass walls (outside view) where the sitting area is and also maybe the breakroom? I think that would look nice. Thanks
Oh I still need play this game, had it for over a year, I have a backlog a mile long......😂
Those techs are gonna get so irradiated.
They absolutely will! I think I'll redesign my X-ray rooms if I end up having enough space haha
42:46 missed a janitor for radiology
Woops! Had to happen though, or it wouldn't be a chubbypanda playthrough haha
What I’m missing in the game is a bit of dramatic events, don’t know if it’s just my game, but my patients hardly ever die
can't wait for the next episode!!
Loved this ❤
Doors to doctors offices generally don’t have windows
I like to think they have a little blind on them they can close haha

Hey, those are industry secrets!
Play more this man ❤
Oh god ima have to load up this game again 🤣
Fun to watch. Like more 🙂
yea, play more of this
I'd like to see another go at Software Inc, but focused on Hardware and manufacturing...
sigh new sigh tis 😋 Awesome vid, game looks fun!
Wait .. there's more departments dlc?? Or is it a mods?
I've got a bunch of department mods installed. They're all listed in the description 😀
@@ChubbyPandaGGM omg thanks a lot!!!
In this video, we find out Chubby Panda is dyslexic 😅😂

why make the video for members first..?
Please play more!
