Would this be a way to transfer money from multiple credit cards on paypal to the paypal balance? It looks like you can only transfer from bank to balance but not other accounts to balance.

I recently got a visa gift card from.my cable company for opening a new account. I took a chance and took it to my bank, they transferred the money to my account and no fees were taken. Was so happy it worked. My bank is chase. Next time ask your bank. Doesn't hurt to ask.
Works only if you have a PayPal cash account and if you have a bank and payment method confirmed to your paypal account BEFORE you send the money or it may not be refunded
You can link a visa gift card buy going to credit card on the website, and choose visa where it’s says “card type”

Hey, just to help out those that are a bit confused, mastergiftcard, register gift card online or through phone when checking balance (in this case, follow the instructions on the sticker of your giftcard) then proceed to paypal, not the other way around you should be fine. Think of it as registering for an actual debit or credit card.

I got an issue here, After i sent the invoice to my 2nd email, I went to my email, Clicked the bar that is suppose to lead me to the link depending on the number of money i input, But after that i see the amount, But it doesn't show the "Pay Now" bar anywhere, Just a complete bill screen with no options to do whatsoever.

Do u need to set an account like upload your ssn and info ? Through PayPal to do that?
You shouldn't have to enter anything too sensitive except your email, phone number, card number and security code (3-digit code) as far as I'm aware. But I'm using it to get access to my somehow repeatedly denied visa gift card and it works.
But I didn't add any money to my PayPal account I just added the card as a payment option and used it THROUGH PayPal

You don't actually need another email. He's wrong about that. When you click on "Pay Now" an error will pop up saying the seller's email is the same as the payer's email. At the bottom of that message will be the option to pay without logging in. Just click on that.
No longer works. When I try to accept the invoice, it tries to make me verify my account (which is already verified). Then when I click "verify my account", it just says, "sorry this page does not exist anymore."

Basically the same as having two paypal accounts. Use one to load cards to send and one recieve. Balance will get bigger while -5% to recieve. Then another -5% when its time for your to spend from your balance?
But you cannot use the same mobile number on both accounts.

Do it at Walmart. Swear to god this works with visa gift cards. Just say you want to load money to pay pal, and use the gift card. Only charges 3 dollars.
If someone is trying to do this method right now, it wont work. Most prepaid visa, and Visa Gift cards won't do the process of assigning a Zip Code to the gift card any more. So this method is useless now as Paypal guest still requires the zip code of the gift card, when there's none no more

Once I get to the "Pay" screen, it keeps giving me the "An error occurred. Please try again" message. What I did notice is that once I click on the "View and Pay Invoice Option" in my email it redirects me to the "pay" page, but logged in under my account and I don't know why, but it is. I ensured that I was using a different account from the one used to create the account. Furthermore, I even created a brand new email account just for this scenario and it was still doing the same thing. Does anyone have any idea of what the issue may be?

OK I’d love to hear how everybody else had such success stories with this. I am extremely thankful for the video and the information that you’re providing. But I don’t see what everybody else is seeing. So I create the invoice I sent it to a secondary email I go to the email check it I don’t get all the options and everybody else is getting I don’t get a pay now I don’t get it the secondary option below that blue pay now button I have absolutely no other options from that email with the invoice. So does anybody have any solutions on this please?
Okay so somewhere within 10 minutes of me attempting to follow the steps and right now I finally got a different invoice email with the options that this video states. So I will continue following steps and hope for the best thanks
