Wow, I learnt alot about lighting here. But can I ask how to get rid off shadows in a video. Because anytime we shoot a video there is this big shadow on the wall
Move away from the wall, it will kill the shadow, you can as well include an additional lighting source
I think an additional light will do the shadow magic

This is really simple and beautiful. But if am using a phone for it, that means I’ll need two tripods for both right??
Thank you.. yes you’ll most likely need 2 tripods except your phone tripod already has the slot at the top.
@@deborahboms awww thanks for the quick reply sis.... am actually using the same tripod you use that serves for both phone and camera.... so I really don’t know if It can do without a second tripod Cus menh I really like the led light and will want to also get it ASAP 🙈
@@OnyinPearl if you’re using my tripod then you’ll need to use the tripod that comes with the led light to hold the light. So just two tripods

Yea I resently sold my softboxes and got the led 800, I bought 2 of it and a ring light. But right now I think I'm using too much. I think I'm gonna try to place the light on my camera and see how it turns out. Lovely dear.

You just pushed my head button to sell my ringlight and get this led light.Honestly it’s bulky, same as soft boxes. First time I travelled with it, I saw hell and I was charged for carrying it . Thanks for this information. Will not take it for granted. I miss videos of you like this.

How do you get the blur behind
Depends on the camera lens you have.
The blurry background behind her depends on how Low aperture can go on her lense
Lenses that have 1.4 - 2.8 will give you a blurry background. (Low apature)
Lenses that have 3.5 - 11 will give you little to no blurry background. (High apature)
High apature lenses tend to be more affordable
And low aperture lenses tend to be more expansive.
Don’t let that information discourage you. Because if you search on websites like Mercari and eBay. You might find some used lenses that are affordable.
I have spent a lot of money on lighting & still not getting it right.
