The honey crisp apple has suckers growing from the rootstock. Anything below the graft union is a sucker and nothing you really want. The graft union is that crooked part of your tree about 7 or 8 inches up from the soil level. Your lettuce is going to seed that's why they look like that. 🤗
I love almost all brassica. Especially cabbages and Brussels sprouts. We are in southwest Georgia and have 6 raised beds of greens now. I think you have us beat with the number of your plants .
Hi my sweet friend thanks so much for a great garden your beautiful veggie garden. You’ve done a wonderful job with it and I can’t believe what you’re putting together. You have a big piece of land to things that I do not get lots of inspiration even for my tiny garden. Thanks so much for a great video and some great information.
Hello from northwest Florida. You have a nice garden, and nice greenhouse! I just found your channel, this video popped up in my feed. Happy Gardening and Happy Holidays!
Hey Farmer Marshall, how you grow'N? Newbie here, glad to have come across your channel. Everything looks great. My blueberry looks like yours but I think mine is toast. Tfs.
Life got in the way so I started my fall garden late. I only grew mustard greens (end of video) from seeds. I love growing from seed like I did my summer garden because I'm a little cheap...lol. They're Georgia collards. Thanks for watching!
Hello and thanks for the great tour of your garden. I just subscribed to your channel. If you don't mind I like to caution you about your deciduous fruit trees. They most definitely should be outside in the elements right now so they can get the full amount of chill hours. You may have to put up a tree guard of some kind to keep the dogs away. The methley plum tree was a great investment because it will pollenate other plum trees if you decide to purchase more. I got the same deal at lowes BlackBerry, blueberries and mulberries and they're outside in the same container I purchased them in doing just great. I'm here in Georgia as well zone 8a. There is a graft union on the first tree you showed in the greenhouse. It's kind of high up. Thanks for sharing and I'll see you in the garden 🤗
My greenhouse is 11 x 11. Anything bigger & I would have needed a permit from the county. It's based off of this design here th-cam.com/video/hwOmUN5B4FY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KR93GZ8-z7EZXH3n. Mine is bigger & has fewer shelves but it uses his design basics. In his comments he mentions that the design plans are available but they are NOT. There is another video from someone who made it too. I took a couple of their ideals from them (the door & anchoring it). th-cam.com/video/0rKixsCRg30/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Az0JJFwn0tmHOtf7 Thanks for watching!!!
Thank you for quick reply. I want a greenhouse. I’m not sure I really need it since I live in central Georgia. My husband is handy and loves a challenge. Hopefully he will build one like yours. Thanks for the information. My the way, your garden is beautiful.
Looking good man. 👍🏽
Great works on Brassicas
