My sis moved in with me in April with her son because she wants to save and move to Alabama in October. Didn't think I would like my quiet apartment of one being invaded but I am going to miss them when they go on to the next phase of their life. Its been amazing sharing a space with my sis again. In the beginning when I just started watching you, I didn't really understand why would be so ecstatic about the life I hate and so ashamed of , but the more I watch, the more I am intrigued and willing to try out whatever you are doing just so I can feel happy . Or at least try to feel that happiness of just loving life and blooming right where I am planted and it's working quite well. Although some might say that right now in this moment that I am at objectively worst place in life, I feel the best I have ever felt, I wake up every day to my rural life i can't wait to document my journey and share it with the world, I am filled with so gratitude to be here, I smile for reason, I listen to music and scream with so much happiness,, I feel overwhelming joy from the most mundane things. If I remember correctly from past videos your parents tried to have the farm and sustain financially previously but had to move back to the city. I live a similar lifestyle to yours (tiny home, more and more sustainable by the day, etc), but your artistic abilities to showcase the beauty and humanity of life in your videos is magical. My grandmother passed away this past Friday and my heart has felt so so heavy. Grief has come in massive waves, so being able to sit with your videos feels almost like a hug from humanity today. When you need to replace the wood fencing posts might I suggest first burning the bottoms of your posts so that they do not rot away? It’s a Japanese technique called Shou Sufi Ban. Once burned you coat it with an oil. You’ll be amazed how long it lasts!!!! Love your vids!

I am currently living in a big city in Germany and i work in hospital as a nurse. I kind of envy these younger people moving to tiny homes and growing farm food. I'm almost 60 and have an average size home we bought in 1998. We had one daughter and she's on her own now but even when she was here, it was too much room. We sit around now and watch these younger people doing things differently. We think its a good thing. You can always add on to your tiny homes but once you get a regular home then you can't do much. It's a waste if space, time, energy and money. You guys are doing the right thing. You won't regret it, trust me.
If you can then it might help to have lodgers or housemates or something! Perhaps they could do something with your garden if you have one! There are always people to fill the space if you let them in

Although some might say that right now in this moment that I am at objectively worst place in life, I feel the best I have ever felt, I wake up every day to my rural life i can't wait to document my journey and share it with the world, I am filled with so gratitude to be here, I smile for reason, I listen to music and scream with so much happiness,, I feel overwhelming joy from the most mundane things.
So I guess what I am trying to say is thank you Isabel, thank you for opening my eyes, thank you making me appreciate a life I once hated. Thank you for doing the things you do and inspiring me, and probably many other people.🌈

If I remember correctly from past videos your parents tried to have the farm and sustain financially previously but had to move back to the city. When you and your father embraced it’s like you felt him finally see the dream is now possible with the help of the beautiful family him and your mother allowed to flourish. So happy for y’all 💛🌻
Isabel, I know you hear this constantly, but I wanted to remind you how truly comforting your videos are. I live a similar lifestyle to yours (tiny home, more and more sustainable by the day, etc), but your artistic abilities to showcase the beauty and humanity of life in your videos is magical. My grandmother passed away this past Friday and my heart has felt so so heavy. Grief has come in massive waves, so being able to sit with your videos feels almost like a hug from humanity today.

there are SO many moments where logan is looking at you with the most endearing heart eyes and you don't EVER notice and i'm yelling at my screen saying: ISABEL LOOK AT HIM!!! hahaha
She knows....lol. She knows when his eyes are on her. She just has her own way of how she presents herself in her videos. She is a strong self sufficient independent young lady. We're not going to see a lot of doe-eyed mush just because Logan has moved in lol.

It's not weird at all...I'm 55 and I also can relate..I myself love watching her especially the togetherness of the family...which is nothing like I had..it's inspiring..
I'm 52 and it takes me back to so many memories of my childhood in some ways and makes me nostalgic for what I 'could' have done when I was younger I suppose...but I remember feeling that freedom when I was her age, wish I still felt that freedom and inspiration now as I've gotten older.

When you need to replace the wood fencing posts might I suggest first burning the bottoms of your posts so that they do not rot away? It’s a Japanese technique called Shou Sufi Ban. Once burned you coat it with an oil. You’ll be amazed how long it lasts!!!! Love your vids!

Logan’s music is so relaxing an a perfect fit for the beauty of the mountains. I would not be surprised if one day the film industry approaches him for a score. When I first started watching u from the very beginning I never played a musical instrument ever in my life I was 49 yrs old at the time. You inspired me in so many different ways and aspects of my own life ...I' now TODAY play....a flute the TOUNGE drum the harmonica the keyboard...the guitar and the percussion drums as well ... and it was a great and wonderful amazing journey for me to start on. All only inspired by ....YOU !!!

Thank you for this beautiful video. You and Hannah really opened my eyes with your Vlogs on how I want to live my life and every time I watch your vlog it gets reconfirmed. I am currently living in a big city in Germany and i work in hospital as a nurse. And though it’s a fulfilling job it’s also physically and mentally draining especially when all I actually want do do, is being surrounded by nature and animals. I am now trying to work this kind of a life even if it means leaving everything behind. Thank you for keeping me motivated to go this path!

I kind of envy these younger people moving to tiny homes and growing farm food. I'm almost 60 and have an average size home we bought in 1998. We had one daughter and she's on her own now but even when she was here, it was too much room. We sit around now and watch these younger people doing things differently. We think its a good thing. You can always add on to your tiny homes but once you get a regular home then you can't do much. It's a waste if space, time, energy and money. You guys are doing the right thing. You won't regret it, trust me.
If you can then it might help to have lodgers or housemates or something! Perhaps they could do something with your garden if you have one! There are always people to fill the space if you let them in
