- This weekend, a stunning new museum opens in Cape Town, South Africa. The Zeitz Museum of Contemporary African Art - also known as the Zeitz MOCAA - is Africa's first modern art museum. While the breathtaking structure is considered groundbreaking by some, others find it elitist. Debora Patta reports.

These silo`s were already there - they used it because it was available (kind of a recycle project) Why on earth does every project in South Africa become a racial problem. IF these silo`s were already structured in the poor areas, I am sure that the art gallery would be right there...
